You can upload documents like PDF, DOCX, or TXT. You can also paste a shared link (Google Docs/Drive works best) if it’s shared for viewing.

Yes—shared links work when the document is accessible. Set sharing to “Anyone with the link” and permission to Viewer. If PrepDek can’t access the file, we’ll let you know what to change.

No. PrepDek only processes links that are already shared for viewing (public to anyone with the link). We don’t ask for your Google login or special account access.

If a link requires a login or permission, PrepDek won’t be able to access it automatically. In that case, upload the file instead, or change sharing to “Anyone with the link → Viewer.”

It depends on the file size, but decks are usually genrated within a few mintues. If you have an account and are logged in you can view you deck immediatley afterwards in your "My Decks" page. If you don't have an account, you will receive an email with a link to your deck right after it is generated.

Decks are shared via a private link. Only people with the link can access it.

Yes. All plans include optional password protection. This is helpful for classroom sharing, tutoring groups, or family use.

No. Students can study using the deck link (and password if enabled). Accounts are mainly for parents/teachers who manage many decks.

Yes. Teachers can share one link to the whole class. If you enable a password, you can share the password with students as well.

Monthly plans include a set number of new deck credits each month. Creating a new deck uses 1 credit. Credits reset monthly (for launch: no rollover). Decks you already created remain accessible.

No. Your decks remain accessible. Monthly plans control how many new decks you can generate each month.

You can wait until credits reset next month, upgrade your plan, or purchase an additional Single Deck.

Yes. You can cancel monthly plans anytime. Your existing decks remain accessible.
